Kelly has over 15 years of experience working various roles in the employee benefits industry. Her career began as an account manager at a national brokerage & consulting agency, where Kelly helped her clients successfully manage policy renewals, year-round health plan administration and compliance. After years of working at the national brokerage agency Kelly transitioned to a regional consulting firm in a management role. Immediately prior to joining MDG Kelly worked as an account executive at a national brokerage and consulting house, focusing on large employer and municipal group health plans. Here at MDG Kelly is the primary day-to-day contact for client questions regarding insurance coverage, plan administration, and compliance.

Kelly has certifications as an Accredited Customer Service Representative in Life & Health (ACSR) and as a Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act Professional (PPACA).

In her spare time, Kelly can be found buried in fabric in her quilting room or with friends on weekend retreats. Kelly earned a BS from the University of New Haven. She currently resides in Connecticut with her husband and two dogs. They have two grown daughters.
