In this role Darrel advised clients on the best insurance technology solutions for their specific needs. Here at MDG Darrel helps clients navigate the employee benefit insurance marketplace as well as related industries like benefits administration.

Darrel works closely with employers to help manage insurance program purchasing. He is an expert in creating customized benchmarking analyses for his clients. Darrel also specializes in multiple year strategic planning and efficiency maximization. His knowledge of the benefits market always brings a unique set of strategies to his clients, particularly in cost management and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Darrel earned his BA from The University of Alabama and now resides in Connecticut with his wife and son.
