Leah Vallee has 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. Prior to joining MDG Leah spent 15 years as a Senior Account Manager in an employee benefits agency working closely with clients. Leah has extensive experience working with employers to assist with employee benefit related questions and escalated customer service issues. Additionally, she has worked with various vendors and carriers implementing benefit programs. Her experience in Account Management, combined with knowledge of the industry, make her a great asset to the MDG Team.
