Kelly began her underwriting career at Aetna in their Underwriting Training program.  The first few years of her career were spent underwriting life and disability insurance for mid-size employers.  From there, Kelly moved to the International side of the business, underwriting all product lines including medical, dental, pharmacy, vision, life, and disability for globally mobile members.  She worked with customers of all sizes and from all industries, developed both new business and renewal pricing for all funding arrangements, as well as provided detailed client reporting.  In addition, Kelly gained insight into market trends and honed her creative thinking skills, which customers are so often looking for as a way to differentiate themselves in the market all while controlling costs.

Kelly is very thoughtful and detailed in her approach to analyzing data, which makes her a great asset to the MDG team.  She studied at the University of Connecticut and received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in International Business.
