Fabian Wiecha

Account Executive

Fabian has over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry.  He started his career at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield as a Customer Service Representative in the Public-Sector Accounts Business Unit.  A promotion to New Accounts Coordinator transitioned his focus to the Sales Commercial Accounts Business Unit.  In this position, Fabian was responsible for the installation of newly enrolled employer groups, providing updates to benefit administrators and the producer community.

In 2011, Fabian was awarded position as Account Service Representative in the Retention Commercial Business Unit where he was responsible for servicing premiere commercial accounts.  He coordinated employee enrollments, educating employers and acting as a dedicated liaison for all client related services.

His respect and strong relations with the broker community drove him to a national broker agency where he co-managed a profitable book of business.  His prior experiences in the information technology support unit of a Connecticut based university and in office management affords Fabian with the expertise to efficiently and professionally address complex and urgent inquiries.

Fabian’s academic training is represented with a B.S. degree in Business Management and a minor degree in Gerontology from Quinnipiac University.  His major of study was on healthcare, the healthcare industry and the complexity of the aging population.  He is licensed in the State of Connecticut for Life and Health.
